It is a biblical baptism while being fully immersed. It is meant for those who really decided to follow Jesus and serve the LORD with their lives. The personal motivation and determination is the most important and really matters a lot. The preparation proses is very individual. It differs per person in terms of prayers and time. In addition being baptised by Holy Spirit and by Fire.
